Can I purchase something from McFaddens.com if I don't have a commercial account? Yes, you can register on McFaddens.com, browse, and make purchases without having a commercial account.

How do I register for a commercial account with McFadden’s? Contact us directly at mcfaddensdirect@mcfaddens.com to request an upgrade to a commercial account. Qualified commercial accounts are granted to industry applicable partners.

What if I already have a McFadden’s Account? Let us know, and we can attach your account ID to your McFaddens.com registration.

What payment methods does McFaddens.com accept? We accept all major credit cards.

Does McFadden’s ship to the United States or Internationally? No, we only ship within Canada. For more details on our shipping policy please view our Shipping Policy.

Does McFadden’s ship to remote areas within Canada? We ship to most destinations within the following provinces, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations:

  • Alberta
  • British Columbia
  • Manitoba
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Nova Scotia
  • Ontario
  • Prince Edward Island
  • Québec
  • Saskatchewan

Where is McFadden’s located? Our head office is in Oakville, Ontario. We also have branches in Vaughan, Peterborough, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, St. John's, Moncton, and Dartmouth. For addresses and phone numbers, please visit our Contact page.

When is McFadden’s open? We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Our Oakville and Vaughan branches are also open on Saturdays, 8:00AM to 3:00PM.

Can I pick up my order at my nearest McFadden’s branch? You can pick up your McFaddens.com online order at our Oakville location. To purchase and pick up an item at your local McFadden’s branch, you must contact that branch directly.

The products I received are damaged, or missing - what should I do? Contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-268-0942 or mcfaddensdirect@mcfaddens.com Please supply your order number from your confirmation email, as well as your phone number. What is the processing time for my McFaddens.com order? All orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing - to be picked, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

How will my McFaddens.com order be shipped? McFaddens.com ships via FedEx, UPS, Purolator and Canada Post dependent on your location or the goods being shipped.

There are oversized items in my order, how will they ship? McFaddens.com cannot ship by courier oversized items not exclusive to sheet goods, closet bars, and hazardous materials. You must be preconfigured as a commercial customer to order items that are delivered by a McFadden’s truck.

How can I cancel my order from Mcfaddens.com? Should the need arise to cancel an order after you have placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time sensitive action; please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 1-800-268-0942 or mcfaddensdirect@mcfaddens. Please ensure you have your McFadden’s Order Number with you. Please note, orders are often shipped the same day; once they leave our warehouse you may no longer be able to cancel your order.
