The strength of your cabinetry hinges on the quality of the assembly glue used in your shop. We provide industrial-grade PVA glues specifically formulated for the high-volume needs of professional cabinetry shops and commercial millwork operations. These adhesives offer the perfect balance of open time and bond strength, ensuring that every joint remains secure through the manufacturing process and throughout the life of the installation.
From plywood and fasteners to finishing supplies and shipping materials, we stock a full range of cabinetry essentials. One supplier, one delivery – less time sourcing, more time building.
With decades of experience, we understand what it takes to keep shops running smoothly, and we back that up with expert support and consistent supply.
We don't just carry product, we know how it's used. Our team speaks your language, with deep knowledge across cabinetry, millwork, and finishing applications.
With thousands of materials, hardware lines, and custom-order options in stock, not everything fits neatly on a single category page. If you're looking for a specific item – like a certain drawer slide, hinge system, or finish option – just let us know.

Structural Assembly Excellence
Consistency is key to a profitable production line. Our PVA glues deliver predictable set times and superior shear strength across a wide range of porous substrates. By sourcing your assembly adhesives through our integrated supply chain, you ensure that your team is working with industry-proven products that minimize failures and maximize output. We focus on providing the essential consumables that allow you to maintain your shop's reputation for durable, high-quality craftsmanship.
In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, waiting for glue to dry can become a significant bottleneck. Our PVA assembly glues are designed with optimized set times that allow for rapid clamping and assembly without compromising the final bond. These formulas are ideal for dowel insertion, face frame assembly, and carcass construction, providing the "green strength" necessary to keep parts moving through your facility while the adhesive reaches its full structural cure.
Explore the CollectionModern cabinetry often requires bonding disparate materials, from high-density fiberboards to natural hardwoods. Our PVA glues are engineered to penetrate deep into the fibers of common shop materials, creating a bond that is often stronger than the substrate itself. This versatility ensures that whether you are building standard commercial casework or custom solid wood pieces, you have a reliable adhesive that provides the heat and moisture resistance required for professional applications.
Explore the CollectionWe understand that the small details, like the quality of your assembly glue, make the biggest difference in your final product. As a dedicated partner to the cabinetry trade, we offer these essential adhesives alongside our full catalog of sheet goods and hardware. This one-stop-shop approach simplifies your procurement and ensures you always have the right bonding agents on hand. Rely on our expertise to provide the professional-grade consumables that support your long-term business growth.

Achieving the best results with PVA adhesives requires an understanding of shop conditions and material preparation. Here are answers to common technical inquiries regarding our assembly glues.
For most professional assembly glues, a clamp time of 30 to 60 minutes is recommended depending on the shop temperature and wood species. While the joint may feel secure quickly, the adhesive typically requires a full 24 hours to reach its maximum structural strength.
Standard PVA glues are intended for interior use. For cabinetry in high-moisture environments like kitchens or bathrooms, we recommend using a water-resistant (D3 rated) or waterproof PVA formula that provides a stable bond even when exposed to humidity.
Every PVA glue has a minimum temperature, often called the chalk height, at which it can be applied. If the glue is applied below this temperature, the resin will not fuse, resulting in a weak, white, powdery joint. Always ensure your shop and materials are at room temperature before application.
Dried PVA glue will not accept stains or topcoats like wood does. It is critical to clean up squeeze-out while it is still rubbery or to sand the area thoroughly to prevent "ghosting" or pale spots from appearing once the final finish is applied to your cabinetry.
PVA glue should be stored in a cool, dry place and must be protected from freezing. If the glue freezes, the emulsion will break down and the product will lose its adhesive properties. Always keep containers tightly sealed to prevent a skin from forming on the surface.
