High-Speed Fastening Solutions

Maximizing Shop Output with Reliable Pneumatic Fasteners

Efficiency on the assembly bench is driven by fasteners that perform every time the trigger is pulled. We provide pneumatic fasteners that feature sharp points and high-tensile strength, ensuring clean penetration into various hardwoods and engineered substrates. These products are selected for their ability to hold firm without splitting the material, reducing the need for rework and increasing your shop's overall throughput. By sourcing your nails and staples alongside your core cabinetry materials and adhesives, you benefit from a consolidated supply chain that ensures your production line never slows down due to hardware failures.

Brads and Finishing Nails

Discreet Fastening for Decorative Trim and Fine Cabinetry

Our brads and finishing nails are the ideal choice for applications where a low-profile head is essential for a clean final appearance. These fasteners provide enough holding power to secure moldings, face frames, and decorative accents while leaving a minimal hole that is easily addressed during the finishing process. Available in a variety of gauges and lengths, they are designed to drive flush into dense hardwoods without bending, ensuring that your trim work remains tight and stable. This precision allows your team to focus on the craftsmanship of the build, knowing that the fasteners will disappear into the grain once filled and finished.

Industrial Staples

Heavy-Duty Holding Power for Carcass and Backing Assembly

For structural assembly and securing cabinet backs, our industrial staples provide a high-strength solution that resists pulling through the material. The wide crown of the staple distributes pressure over a larger surface area, making them particularly effective for attaching thin panels to MDF or particle board frames. These fasteners are engineered for rapid-fire applications, providing the structural rigidity needed for commercial casework that must endure transport and installation. By using professional-grade staples, you ensure that your cabinet boxes remain square and stable, providing a durable foundation for your hardware and doors.

Technical Guidance for Pneumatic Fastener Selection

Choosing the correct gauge and length of fastener is essential for project durability and aesthetic quality. Below are the most common questions regarding our pneumatic fastener range.

18-gauge brads are thicker and provide more structural holding power, making them ideal for securing face frames and larger moldings. 23-gauge headless pins are much thinner and leave a virtually invisible hole, which is perfect for delicate trim and glazing beads where the adhesive provides the primary bond and the pin simply holds the piece in place while the glue sets.

Staples provide significantly more resistance to pull-through than nails because the crown of the staple acts as a built-in washer. This is especially important when attaching thin 3mm or 6mm backs to particle board or MDF gables, as it ensures the back remains firmly attached even if the cabinet is subjected to racking during transport or installation.

A general rule for professional shops is that the fastener should be three times the thickness of the material being attached, but it must not exceed the depth of the receiving member. Ensuring your pneumatic tool is held perpendicular to the work surface and that your air pressure is correctly regulated will also help prevent the fastener from veering out the side of the panel.

Yes, our brads, staples, and nails are manufactured to industry-standard dimensions, making them compatible with Senco, Bostitch, DeWalt, and other professional pneumatic tool brands. Using high-quality fasteners reduces the buildup of adhesive residue in the magazine and driver channel, which is the leading cause of tool jams and downtime.

For standard interior cabinetry, bright steel or galvanized fasteners are sufficient and cost-effective. However, for cabinetry intended for high-moisture environments like laundry rooms or outdoor kitchens, or when working with woods high in tannins like oak or cedar, stainless steel fasteners are recommended to prevent rust and unsightly black staining around the fastener head.
