Laser and hot-air edgebanders need a material designed for that heat-activated process. Our Olon pre-glued polyester line is built specifically for that equipment, giving you a clean, glue-line-free finish without switching back to a standard PVC-and-hot-melt setup.

Pre-Glued for Heat-Activated Application

Polyester edgebanding comes with a functional glue layer built in, activated by the laser or hot-air head rather than a separate hot-melt adhesive — the result is a near-invisible glue line on the finished edge.

It's built for laser and hot-air edgebanders, giving a near-invisible glue line that's harder to achieve with standard PVC and hot-melt adhesive.

No — this material is designed specifically for laser or hot-air heat-activated equipment, not standard hot-melt glue pot machines.

Our current stock includes Polar White, Fog Gray, Black, and Hardrock Maple wood-grain.

These finishes are stocked at 250' rolls.

Hardrock Maple is currently our in-stock wood-grain option in this line — reach out if your program needs a different decor and we'll check what's available through Olon.
