Drawer Gallery Rails and Cross Rails | McFadden's

Gallery Rails That Turn a Standard Drawer Into a Deep One

Gallery rails sit above a metal drawer side to raise the wall height, so pots, pans, and pantry goods stay put when the drawer opens. We stock longside rails from 11" to 24" and cross rails for the front and back, in finishes matched to the drawer system you're running.

Everything You Need, All in One Place

From plywood and fasteners to finishing supplies and shipping materials, we stock a full range of cabinetry essentials. One supplier, one delivery – less time sourcing, more time building.

Trusted by the Trade for 50+ Years

With decades of experience, we understand what it takes to keep shops running smoothly, and we back that up with expert support and consistent supply.

Built for Cabinetry Pros

Looking for Something Else?

If you didn't find exactly what you're after, drop us a quick note and we'll help you track it down.

With thousands of materials, hardware lines, and custom-order options in stock, not everything fits neatly on a single category page. If you're looking for a specific item – like a certain drawer slide, hinge system, or finish option – just let us know.

Our team works closely with cabinetry professionals every day, and we're happy to help you track down the right solution fast. Whether it's in stock, special order, or part of a bundled system, we'll make sure you get what you need, without the runaround.

Taller Drawers Without a New System

Build Deep Drawers From the Parts You Already Use

Gallery rails let you use the same drawer sides and runners for top drawers and deep pot drawers alike. That means fewer part numbers to stock and one drawer system across the whole kitchen.

Longside Rails

Side Rails by Length

Longside gallery rails run the depth of the drawer, from 11" to 24", to match your drawer side length. MERIVOBOX rails come in silk white and Indium grey, and TANDEMBOX Antaro rail sets come in silk white and white aluminum, including sets sized for deep drawers.

Cross Rails

Side-to-Side Stability

Cross gallery rails span the width of the drawer to tie the side rails together and keep contents from shifting. Long stock lengths, such as 1080mm for LEGRABOX and 1104mm for ORGA-LINE, are cut to each drawer's width in the shop.

Where to Use Them

Pot Drawers, Pantry Pull-Outs, and Inner Drawers

Use gallery rails anywhere contents stand taller than the drawer side: pot and pan drawers, pantry pull-outs, tall bottle storage, and deep inner drawers behind a full-height front.

Gallery Rail Questions

What to check before ordering gallery rails.

No. Rails are made for a specific drawer system, so match MERIVOBOX rails to MERIVOBOX drawers, TANDEMBOX rails to TANDEMBOX drawers, and so on.

Match the rail length to the drawer side length. A 22" drawer side takes a 22" longside rail.

Many are sold in a long standard length to be cut to the drawer's inside width, which lets one part cover several cabinet sizes.

Often, yes, as long as the drawer system supports gallery rails at that height. Check the listing for the system and height it fits.

Finishes follow the drawer systems, including silk white, Indium grey, Orion grey, and white aluminum.
