MDF Panels

Medium Density Fiberboard, also knowns as MDF, is a most versatile product, that is typically less expensive compared to plywood and other wood products. It finds its common uses in the furniture and cabinet making, plus many commercial applications. MDF is is also known for its smooth finish, machinability and consistency unlike other wood products. Those unique qualities allow for perfect paint and finish application for the cabinet doors. The painted MDF cabinet door is less prone for paint cracking, as MDF panel does not shift as much.
McFaddens offers a variety of suppliers that manufacture MDF panels, that come in different thickness and sizes, ranging from just a quarter of an inch and up, in addition to various specialties including moisture resistant, fire rated and FSC/NAUF panels.
